The Initiation runs for 13 days - June 9 to June 21 - with 10 active practice days, two live group sessions, and daily support and drop ins in a private Telegram group.
Each active day is a short somatic movement ritual, 10 to 15 minutes, done in front of a mirror. The practice is simple and repetitive by design - the body learns through return. A daily voice note and journaling prompt come with each day to carry the theme into your life.
The daily practice is prerecorded and yours to do in your own time. The two live group sessions run on Saturday mornings and go deeper into the themes of each week through a somatic alchemy process. The first is about coming home to your own body and your own knowing. The second goes into desire - what you actually want underneath all the conditioning.
By the end you'll have a daily practice that rebuilds trust in your own signal, a clearer felt sense of what you want and who you're becoming, and the foundation for the full six week ritual this is building into.
