Not so long ago, I was bouncing between jobs, feeling unfulfilled and unsure of my purpose.
Going all in, loving it for a time. Then crashing.
Exhausted. Burnt out. Body fighting me. Mind numbed. Heart closed.
Tired of feeling like I was being extracted from by bosses who couldn’t give two shits about me or my health
(I once got reprimanded for getting a migraine in a 3 day heatwave out on a shoot in the outback. What in the capitalistic patriarchal hell?!)
I felt like an imposter in every space I occupied—never good enough to really step up.
It didn’t matter how hard I worked; I always felt like a “Basic Betty” in a world that wasn’t made for women like me—
women who could feel deeply the pulse of something else, who could see through the cracks but had to pretend everything was normal.
I eventually had enough of dimming my own light.
Of waiting for a magical being to come knock on my door, interrupt my problems and finally give me the start to my heroes journey I felt so entitled to.
Then I realised. I’m both the hero AND the catalyst here babbyyyy.

IT HAD ALWAYS BEEN ME.
So I finally started listening to my inner child and studied good old faithful, contemporary art, something that was true to me but dismissed by so many people around me.
And even though my years at university were riddled with anxiety and shame, they were some of the most transformative of my life.
The sprung me into self belief, and truly going against the grain.
I let it lead me to using my art to heal, to finding my expression in the shamanic arts and the alchemical relationship we can access between the earthly and the divine.
I learned to detach from the opinions of others, and I started surviving on my own validation.
Since then, I’ve moved through so much of that imposter syndrome, the fear of failure, the shame of my cringe, and the crippling self-doubt.

Is this program for me if I’ve never done somatic, shamanic or energy work before? Absolutely. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced in your spiritual practice, this program will meet you where you are.
When/how will the calls/sessions take place & what if I can’t make it? We will schedule your sessions to be fortnightly on the same day each fortnight.
What’s the format of the program? This is a 12 week program that involves astrological Coaching to identify your passion and purpose, and shamanic healing with somatic energetics sessions to help heal the wounds and integrate the shadows that are blocking you from the deliciousness of your purpose.
How much time will this program take? You can expect to dedicate about 5 hours a fortnight, with most of this time spent on small, daily practices that will be personalised for your specific needs.
